Dr. Bill Lam

I have been Dr. Lams patient for well over twenty years. He is an excellent dentist: very knowledgeable, thorough, and approachable. I would recommend him whether you simply need a routine checkup, have a specific dental issue that needs attention, or require a more advanced procedure. Dr. Lam is skilled and adept at all varieties of dental work, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly to his patients and offer them a good choice of treatments/solutions. The dental hygienists also do a great a job, and Shalini and the other office staff are friendly and helpful. The practice is very modern and well equipped, conveniently located in the heart of a major commercial hub. Highly recommended!

i heard excellent things about Dr Lam, so my dentist when she referred me to a periodontist, i chose Dr Lam as he has LANAP. I called today at 11.15 am to ask how to get my dr Anita chang to transfer my files to him , including my week old x-rays. the receptionist did not even ask my name . she said do you have loose teeth, i said no then she said tell me about your pockets how many, i said these are my health details i do not wish to share randomly, will get an appointment with Dr Lam and start with sending my files, she said do not ask your dentist to transfer files, you do it and by the way i have to screen you , then she abused me verbally on the phone when i told her my dentist will transfer the files and said you will never get an appointment unless i screen you then she hung up, i really want dr lam or other staff to read this and make sure they correct this huge insult . i have never felt so traumatized and bullied by anyone, i look forward to hearing from dr lam,m or his manager .

I have to say my experience with Dr. Bill Lam and staff was amazing. I just had LANAP done by Dr. Bill and it went well . My previous dentist told me I'm not qualified for the procedure and he would do traditional gum surgery. I was not willing to do that and was really confused untill I found Dr.Bill Lam. After I contacted him and explained my situation, he took x-ray and told me I'm qualified for the LANAP procedure. Withing the same week he did the first part and 2 weeks after that, the second part. I had no pain both times . Recovery was instantaneous, less than 12 hours with no pain or bleeding. Dr. Bill is professional surrounded by team of professionals. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

My procedure was made one of the easiest procedures I have had. Dr Lam and his assistant worked efficiently to give the best care. I was interested in some parts of it and they took time to explain parts as they were doing it, and some science behind how and why. 5/5

My family and I have been going to Dr. Lam for years, and I am writing this review to attest to the incredible care he provides as well as the knowledge that he and his staff have shared with us over the years. Recently, my significant other and I were coming back from New York, and she was told by the dentist in NYC of a cavity. She felt no pain, but took it at his word. Upon looking at the x-rays, Dr. Lam was able to quickly point out that there were no cavities needing to be filled. He also examined my teeth and my partners teeth, with the help of especially caring hygienist, in such a way that I am in more inspired to brush than ever before. Thank you Dr. Lam. We also appreciate the safety precautions during Covid-19!
