I have been going to Don for over 20 years now. He and his staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. They are very experience and well versed in their craft so I know I'm always in good hands when it comes to my dental care. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

I did invisaligns with Dr. Don. He has a funny personality and his staff members are super nice! I was recommended to him by one of his friends. Things were great, I was happy, until toward the end. This is a 2.5-3 year process. Skipping to issue stage: thousands of dollars later and my invisiligns were ready to come out and have a little wire be placed. In less then 1 year I noticed bottom teeth stayed ok but the top teeth regressed too much, needing unknown attention to me at that time. After months of back and forth with Dr. Don, he was not willing to help correct anything. In fact, he masked it all with CONSTANT humor - like any good crook! Not sure he meant to be that, but that is certainly what happen. This was a VERY frustrating process emotionally, tiresome and time wasted efforts that were clearly futile with Dr. Don. Wasn't cheap either! I have since moved and found a dentist local to me who aside from my neglected situation, IS the main inspiration for this review. Saddened and frustrated with what happen to me from Dr. Don for far TOO LONG, I eventually moved and felt disempowered from Dr. Don. I am finally having success with new dentist and so I write my story. I learnt much :) NEW DENTIST - He FIXED some mistakes Dr. Don left me with AND clearly willing to work with me. YES, it is costing me more money and time because of Dr. Don! This is UNACCEPTABLE and FRUSTRATING - Whoever reads this should know that there IS always a way! SHAME that Dr. Don fed me an impossible story for so many months and let my teeth digress. ALL the money and time spent - I AM ASTONISHED, that my new dentist found my invisalign case not to be a big deal at all (traumatized for a lack of solution from Dr. Don), the new dentist considered a wire designed for my specific teeth and grooves to be non problematic. It is costing MORE MONEY and TIME to correct regression of the teeth that ONLY occurred due to Dr. Dons NEGLECT of his job! Running me in circles with impossible stories and his humor IS VERY insincere conduct too I may add. The new dentist also smoothed out the front of my teeth which Dr. Don MISTAKINELY left large scratches while removing the invisilign bumps. THE MISTAKES and DOWNFALLS DR. DON made are as follows: - Lack of steady hands - Lack of proper eye sight - Leaving deep scratches on my front teeth (when he removed invisilign bumps and NOT correcting it) - Unwilling to go the extra mile - Carelessly letting my teeth digress for nearly 7-8 months even in my desperate attempts with him to address it - Using his humor in order to not correct his work OR/AND not do work - Insincere conduct (especially after he had been fully paid) People only show themselves. Some cases need a bit of attention. Honestly though, seeing my new dentist work with me - it is not much attention after all. We all have limitations and nothing against any, however, I learnt a lot about Dr. Don and my invisilign experience with him. I went through a lot of TIME, MONEY AND DISSEMPOWEREMENT to CORRECT Dr. Dons neglect and finally succeed elsewhere! TIME and MONEY are important and Dr. Don carelessly took both. I went to Dr Ducasse for an emergency procedure and then ended up going there for all my dental needs. Dr Ducasse and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. Dr Ducasse is a great dentist - probably one of the best Ive been to. Hes very thorough and conservative - doesnt sell me on root canals and other stuff like many dentists do. I felt very comfortable and knew I was in great hands. The dental hygienists are also wonderful and took great care of my teeth. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning!
