I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Nada Harakati and her team for the exceptional dental service I received. During my appointment, she took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and explain her recommendations clearly and understandably. What impressed me most was the level of care and attention to detail that Dr. Harakati showed throughout my visit. she was patient, gentle, and took great care to ensure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. The clinic itself was immaculate, and I appreciated the extra measures they took to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Beware of this dental clinic!! I used to be a patient of Dr. Shem Tov many years ago, and decided to come back based on my great experience with him. HE IS NO LONGER THERE and the new staff only care to charge as much as they possible can to your insurance, especially if they know you have two insurances. Their hygienist Neda charged me for 5 units scaling for a cleaning visit. She did two cleaning appointments within a week because she did not allocate enough time during the first scheduled cleaning to also do the x-rays. She charged 2 units of scaling for cleaning 2 quadrants (sections of the mouth) and then charged 3 units of scaling a week later to complete the cleaning of the other 2 quadrants for a total of 5 units of scaling to complete one cleaning. They did not know that I used to work at a dental office so I know exactly what should be charged for a typical cleaning visit, and what is customary and ETHICAL is charging 2 units of scaling up to a maximum of 3 units of scaling. Even someone with heavy tarter would not be charged 5 units, and I was nowhere close to this. The new office manger could give no explanation and doubled down to justify the charges even when I explained that the insurance will not cover this because it is a lie. I was in the chair at 2:10 and at the reception desk by 2:50, so less than the 45 mins she charged me for. She knew very well what she was doing because this is common practice at this office and the goal is to line their pockets, not customer service. They will write a counter review to try to explain themselves but keep in mind most good reviews they get are from the patients they tell to write a review, the bad reviews are what is most accurate.
