Best experience ever at a dentist office. My dental case is not easy. I get very nervous when I visit a dentist; however, the support and kindness of the staff at Empress Dentistry help me ease my nerves. Dr. Shen is not only skilled and expert. He is also patient, kind and very empathetic. I trusted him and he did not fail me. I felt very secure in his hands. Mariana and Lissel were great support for dr Shen and me. Thanks,Mariana! There is not a fully great experience without a positive check out :). Martha was extremely helpful, kind, and patient to explain to me the different options for long term payment. Staff is professional and kind. They do their best to accommodate you Highly satisfied with their dental service, reasonable fees, and human team. They speak Spanish, which is a plus :). So far, it has been my best dentist experience in TO. If you are going for a cleaning appointment, make sure you ask for Katy Quiones highly recommended for a painless procedure.
