Roxanne is very helpful. She goes above and beyond. Dr. Stephen is very lovely. He takes the time to explain everything in a very calm manner.

My family and I have been going to this dentist for over 23 years. I would not dream of going anywhere else. To my family and I they are like family. On one occasion I had my front teeth smashed. They were about to close, but they waited for me to arrive to help me. Tell me what dentist goes out of there way for there patients like that. The staff are amazing Steven & Terry are very gentle and listen to any concerns you have. Roxane is very accommodating and goes above and beyond. I have never had any issues with my years at Terrace Dental. So if you are looking for a dentist definitely check them out.

Wow upon reading this last review I am shocked to see this type of negativity. I have been a patient of both Dr T and Dr S for many years (22 actually). I was actually in the office when this situation occurred and do know that the receptionist was on a call to help me get an oral surgeons appt. She was not on a personal call, it was a work related call. Now that being said, this wonderful, amazing, kind, lovely woman always makes the patients feel like family. so I can only say that this would be the same relationship she has with other receptionists and Hygienists at other offices when reaching out in order to assist people like me. This personal touch is what I love when I walk in the door at Terrace Dental. This personal touch as I mentioned could have been mistaken as a personal conversation when on a call. I hope the people/person that posted the last review can go in to this office again and actually experience the real environment that is in fact that office, which is welcoming, warm, kind, comfortable and supportive. As a person that is afraid of the dentist, I would highly recommend seeing Dr. T or Dr. S. And their receptionist and hygienist add to this level of comfort. I cant thank them enough for all they have done for me. Thank you 10+ stars here.
