Dr. Terk and the team at Sheppard Dental always go above and beyond to give care and quality service. I have been going to Dr Terk for the last 7 years. I am happy to keep recommending it to family and friends when they are looking for the best Dentist in Toronto. THANK YOU!

Everyone is kind, caring, professional. I had terrible experiences at the dentist as a young person and this dental clinic has really helped me overcome those anxieties. Seriously awesome!! Can't recommend enough!

I initially didnt have the best interaction with a receptionist here; one in particular named Sara-Jane. The dentists and hygienists have always been a pleasure to meet with, especially seeing that I drive a good distance to even make it to my appointments. I was recommended to this place by a work colleague. Id like to thank Theresa for stepping up and realizing what it is to give exceptional customer service, and to simply be a human being! Everyone has their off days (some more than others), but a little kindness goes a very long way. Thank you!

I have had Dr. Terk as my dentist and Alvie as my Hygenist for many, many years (let's not age ourselves by using an actual number LOL). Even though I am anxious before each appointment, they have always kept my comfort at the forefront of each appointment. I have had nothing but positive experiences with absolutely ALL the staff at this dental office - from out front and throughout. I have now had the pleasure (yes, it was actually a pleasure) of a dental appointment at this office with Dr. Doust and have to say it was the most pain-free experience I have had where a needle was involved (I have a HUGE fear of needles and am in an anxious state from the morning onward when I know a needle needs to be involved) and I don't believe I will be as anxious now in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you put your faith in them.

Everyone at Sheppard Centre Dental is absolutely amazing. The admin staff are so sweet and welcoming. They know exactly what they are doing and are up-to-speed on insurance claims. I always have a pleasant experience when I visit here. The dental hygienists are great and so personable and caring. They really take the time to chat with you and engage. always see Stephanie and she is great, always strives for perfection and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome while leaving with sparkling, clean, white teeth. My dentist - Dr. Lo is absolutely phenomenal - she is so caring, generous, sweet and sincere. She always keeps me in the loop with what she is doing while working on my teeth and always updates me on my oral health and discusses the best approach to tackle things. She is the only dentist I have ever had that I feel like she actually, genuinely cares and wants to be involved. I haven't had the best experiences with dentists in my past but she makes the visits something to look forward to and makes my visit complete. I feel like I have such a great and personal relationship with everyone there. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist. There is not enough praise in the world that I can give them. I feel like a part of the family.
