This place does not deserve a star, their customer service is really bad and they should hire new admins that could make the lives of patients easier. I have been there twice and received nothing but an attitude at the front desk. As for doctor Rammo, he is never in office. How can you be someones family doctor and you are never available to see your patients. I am taking my kids and myself to an other doctor who can care for his or her patients better.

Dr. Basil is very bad person i see in my life, he has very bad attitude. He doesn't have any kind or nice work with people, He is Bad treatment with Patients. He is the worse doctor I have seen.

I have been a patient of Doctor Safieh & Kosar for almost 20 years and have had the best care. There is also Doctor Jocelyn, who is GREAT! Dr. Jocelyn is talented, respectful, speaks different languages and takes her time to listen to the patients. She is very thorough, has a great attitude and is always willing to help. She provides you with the best alternatives and treatments, always explaining the pros and cons. Thank you, Doctor Jocelyn, for being patient, for going the extra mile for your patients and your dedication to the profession!

Dr. Basil Al-Saigh and his receptionist are phenomenal. Dr Al-Saigh is the best doctor, very thorough and an excellent diagnostician.

Dr. Basil is the worst doctor ever . He's lazy, disrespectful and impatient. It's impossible to ask him a question; cuts you off and answers in an aggressive manner. I am appalled by the fact that he has a medical degree. Please, do not go to him. I de-rostered myself because it was impossible to have a conversation with him regarding my health. Should be criminally charged for the way he behaves as a doctor. Even his receptionist, Thandeka Williams is horrible.
