I have two children and both Dr Jin and Kathy have been nothing but helpful and kind. I know that if something is wrong and need a last minute appointment Kathy will do her best to fit us in to be seen the same day.

Our OBs office provided us with a list of circumcision professionals but Dr. Jin came highly recommended, not only for his skills but for his experience with circumcisions. My husband and I are glad that we went with Dr. Jin. Not only is he professional and skilled in the matter, but he has great humour, is very knowledgeable and kind. We also really liked his assistant Cathy. We would recommend Dr. Jin for circumcision and also as a paediatrician.

I had terrible experiences with this clinic. The doctor is always impatient to answer my question, lacks compassion and never shows care when my daughter cries. My daughter is scared to see him. I understand that doctors can have different styles, as long as they're knowledgeable. But he doesnt even provide much useful information as he behaves rush every time and doesnt feel like communicating with the parents. Also, I decided to not go to this clinic any more due to the terrible customer service of the receptionist. Because of COVID, we were asked to wait in the car until she calls. I fully understand and appreciate these measures. When I arrived at the parking lot and called them, the receptionist said she would call in a few minutes. Somehow after half an hour of waiting, when I called back to politely ask if the doctor is available now, she asked me harshly: "Firstly, who are you? I have no idea why are you asking for the doctor? bla bla bla..." I was so offended by her disgusting attitude and have no idea where this rudeness comes from. She kept her loud sound educating me on why we need to wait in the car and said this is not the first time I see the doctor, I should have known that there's waiting time, in a manner full of hostility. I have never been mistreated like this at any other places. I am so shocked that this lady with such a rude manner can work as a receptionist. I have never posted negative comments to any other places. But this time, I really feel so offended and will never go back to this clinic.

1 stars because Dr. Jin has always been on point with our babys symptoms and he actually answered all questions and concerns I had each visit. 4 stars taken off because the receptionist Catherine always made me want to switch clinics each visit. Receptionists mood is always a coin toss very unprofessional, rude, and snarky. I asked once on the phone if the rule of just parents only will be a long term rule and she responded FOREVER. Also after each appointment usually she asks when Dr Jin asks us to come back .. looks through her note book and gives us a date and writes on a card. In our final visit with her back in August she just stared at me and literally looked at me to look through my own phone calendar to notify HER of a date and time.. what a joke. Someone like her should not be in a front line position if she hates interacting with people.
