        Dr Down and her team at the office as well as at the hospital (NYGH) was just great! Very professional, efficient and caring. Her secretary Ana was particularly efficient and attentive to small details, always prompt to help the communication between hospitals and sectors. Considering all the pressure which the hospitals have been through lately in Toronto, and having received the excellent health treatment I did, I can just express my gratitude to the whole team.
