Receptionist shes very rude I dont recommend so-called dr Govan to anyone I asked them to get my daughter an assessment for the school they said if you pay us money we will finish it in one week. Or you will wait 4 to five month for your next appointment Stay away from them theyre not professional

If I could give them 0 stars it would be a more representative rating. It's just like the latest review said they refuse to see patients in person despite no cold, fever symptoms or it being related to this in anyway. When you ask for an explanation they say it's due to public health guidelines but other doctors are seeing patients if no symptoms and when you point this out and ask for explanation the receptionist is rude, tells you to find another pediatrician and hangs up on you. I am so upset and disappointed with this team. Like the previous reviewer said what is the point of having a pediatrician for your child if these ppl just keep saying to go to the walk in. I am so angry and disgusted with the lack of care and explanations from this clinic. Please get it together and stop the nonsense.

If you care about the well-being of your little ones, please dont choose them. Both the doctors are always unavailable and they just cannot seem to find time for any Emmergency , Im tired of trying to get an appointment for my girls, its been weeks and only telephone consultation is available at their mercy that too after 2 weeks or 5 days of the emergency! If I always have to go to after hours clinic why do I even have a paediatrician? Its just horrible how little babies cant even get good care when they need it the most?

The best Pediatrician we've had for 17 years now for my 2 daughters. Since our first meeting we've only had the best patient-doctor and staff experience. Every info we need to know about our kids medical needs was given to us in a very timely, detailed, and professional manner. We didn't have to guess. Also, Dr. Govan and his staff are very welcoming, respectful and caring that we enjoy every visit.
