Hi dr Taylor he is very nice doctor I been his patient for long time but his secretary the old lady fat she is very mean person very rude person every time I call she say he is full book and if I leave my phone number and ohip he never call me back because I know the old lady secretary she didnt give my information to dr if that lady she stay any more longer there all dr Taylor patient will go away .that why I start going to walking clinics because of his secretary she is not good person un professional and very rude person especially with emigrants.

I have been the patient to the amazing doctor Taylor for more than twelve years. Recently I could not contact the doctor office receptionist by phone. Anytime you call, you can receive only the voice mail and nobody returns your call. I think the good doctor is partially retired and the staff does not bother to answer the patients. The receptionist says that she faxed the prescription to our area shoppers drug mart which did not receive it for the past two days. I could not contact the doctor office anymore. I am stuck. I dont know whom I will complain. I am waiting for my medicine to take.

Dr Rohald took me in as a Patient, I couldnt of found a better and caring person, she does run behind, but when its ur turn she spends the time with u that YOU need, THEREFOR I Dont MIND THE WAIT,

I have been a patient of Dr. Rohald's for twelve years. She is fantastic. She's warm and compassionate and knowledgeable. The only reason I'm giving her 3 stars is that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to book an appointment with her. If I happen to be fortunate enough to find the receptionist at her desk when I leave the appointment I do get, it's the only time I can book.
