        Very unprofessional in running a medical business, no punctuality and no customer service. I was booked for phone consultation as of 2 1/2 months ago, had to take a day OFF from and an hour after scheduled appointment after leaving MSG received a call from secretary that Doctor is unable to consult with you today we are giving you another date and nothing guaranteed. No apology or anything near that. No need to say anymore.
