Premier Driving School

My experience here was beyond disappointing. At first I wanted to personally visit the location and talk to them about their programs/schedules, etc. Since my schedule was a bit packed. From the outside, there isnt any signs or indications where the driving school is, it is only when you enter the building you can see the unit number and such. I knocked the door a couple of times, there was no answer. There were voices inside as well so people were definitely present, so I waited about 10 minutes while knocking, in hopes that maybe someone would answer. I thought "well maybe they cant hear me" or something. So I decided to call the number listed on the door and ask about the programs, schedules, and such. The person that answered was incredibly impatient and rude. He answered my questions with such hesitation and frustration that I felt like a burden asking basic questions. Incredibly unhelpful phone call, which lead to me deciding that it wasnt just "bad luck", it was just pure unprofessionalism and bad customer service.

I got G1, G2, G road classes with Mr.Saber and he patiently taught me every details I needed for tests and driving safely, I appreciate their services. I went straight from G1 to G with his wonderful road courses.
