Came for my G1 knowledge and vision test. Got in the virtual waiting line at 7:20 am, may take longer than the estimated wait times provided. The QR code to receive a token was generated within an hour. Theres a waiting area where you can sit. After receiving the token, it was extremely smooth. All staff members were polite. Walked out with my G1 licence at 9 am.

Seriously surprised with all these bad reviews, its may be because I went there early in the morning. Went there around 6.30am, there were like 15 people and the registration link was not working, the registration was started around 6.50 and I was 11th on the list. They call you by name, once you go inside they check your documents, do a quick eye test and take your picture. Then you can go to the test area and start the test, once the test is done you will be handed over the temporary license. I was out by 7.30am. Staff was really good and helpful. Didnt face any issues whatsoever
