I am a past client, but even then when I called up to ask for a quote within 5 seconds they said they "We are too busy" and ended the conversation, very rude and unhelpful.

Scope of Work: A-Tech have done multiple jobs for my family over the years. A few of which include: pot light installation, breaker panel installation, wood-burning to gas fireplace conversion, electrical circuit planning and wiring (complete electrical for our basement renovation). My experience: I give A-Tech a 5 out of 5 because Jim and his team consistently deliver on promises that greatly exceed my expectations in the first place. First, Jim is very professional - he is well versed and up-to-date with new developments in the profession. This shows up beginning in the initial planning where Jim is able to not only identify potential challenges but come up with practical resolutions. I attribute this as much to his wealth of experience as to his professionalism. Second, the A-Tech team follows through with their plan and have a 'let's get it done and get it done right' attitude. They work diligently to get the job finished in a timely manner, with minimal disruption to us and ALWAYS check their work to perfection. I would simply not trust any other contractor with my electrical system. All the work A-Tech has performed for us has stood the test of time. Everything still looks and functions great, and making additions to the electrical systems has been a breeze because of the foresight A-Tech had in designing it. Bottom line: Highly recommend for any electrical/gas job that you want to know will be done right and timely.
