Called Sam on a Sunday as the electricity has blown, and he did not hesitate at all to commit even though all our local electricians were reluctant to do so and were with us as soon as possible! Kept us updated throughout the process and was very approachable! He was able to identify my issue and I was able to sort the issue myself with guidance. Brilliant service.
