I applied for Advanced Recruiter position here. It was entry level position paying minimum hourly wage. I got first interview call from the agency and the lady just asked me one question about my computer skills and invited me for in person interview the very next day. I travelled from Toronto to Mississauga for this interview. Hiring Manager didn't even know about what position that I was interviewing for. He asked me if I was there for Virtual Assistant position. I said "No, for Advanced Recruiter". He asked about where I am from and recent position and he described the job itself. The shocking thing was when he asked me "so you don't have any recruiting experience." I was like... No, I do have 3 years of HR and recruitment experience. He did not even look on my resume before the interview started. Also, on the job ad on Indeed, nothing was mentioned that the candidate must have a car. He asked me that I must have to drive to the clients. I said " Sorry, I do not have a car and if I would've known that you require a car, I would've let you know before coming here." He said, I'm sorry I will update the job ad. And that was it. End of the interview. I was so disappointed. First, they were so unprofessional that the very first call that I got was just 2 minutes max. I was explaining my recruiting and HR experience over the phone and this lady cuts me off and says "ok ok, I know that. What about your computer proficiency, how would you rate yourself?" I answered to that and she invited me for an in person interview and the in-person interview lasted no more than 7-10 minutes. I only went here because there because job market has been o tough because of Covid19 pandemic and just wanted to get a job. Advice: If you really wanna grow your company, be a little more respectful to your candidates' time. Do not waste people's time. Be thorough in your job advertisement. I know it's a start-up company but being respectful is a common sense. There is no date on the website about when the company started (I figured when I was preparing for the interview). I was a recruiter so I know the industry. Even if got the offer, I would never work there because of the impression I got through my candidate experience. Work on your interview process and HR practices. I am happy that I am not working there as their employee.

Great experience,. excellent service, can't expect anything else from these guys, serving me for the past few years, became my only staffing agency.
