I just googled fabric places in this area and this place popped up. I went in not knowing what to expect. It looks like a part of a warehouse, but dont let looks fool you this place is a gem! Before going here I had gone to Fabricland and Lens Mill, both had prices that were SO expensive and out of my budget. I was desperate but this place was a dream! They had such a variety of fabrics rolls and rolls and rolls and all of them were wait for it. 6.99 or 9.99 a yard. Im telling you some of these same fabric types were 39.99 and 18.99 at the other places I went. I couldnt believe it! In hindsight I really wish I took pictures or a video of the place. But I did speak to the owner telling him he how I found the place and that when you Google this place you have no clue what they offer. I never usually leave reviews but I thought I had to let other people know.
