Got to the Jane & Finch location around 5:50 pm 05/13/2023 two young guys looked at me and resumed doing something a young lady came in and the guy at the counter greeted her and asked her order served her and then asked me for my order informed me that he only had spicy chicken not regular ( I was looking at the regular chicken) so I paid and waited another lady came in not even three minutes after I placed my order and asked for regular chicken ( I guess I have to wear a dress for the regular chicken) . While waiting another costumer came to the counter showing the guy there that her food was uncooked he informed her that she'll have to wait 16 minutes for a replacement . In short I'm never going to be back to this establishment.

Church has good customer service. I like there biscuits !
