It was a pleasure to speak with Geoffrey Zaldin today. Even though I am not a client he offered a free consultation to answer all our questions re: my RDSP and the different (confusing) payout options, when it is time to start withdrawing from it.. He was extremely knowledgeable & helpful and also explained why a Henson Trust is important to have in place, to prevent one from losing their ODSP benefits etc, should they receive an inheritance. We are very grateful and pleased with his assistance today!

I spoke to Geoffrey after my sister's social worker told me about Special Needs Financial. My sister has Down Syndrome. As a family, we needed information on how best to financially plan for her future. Geoffrey provided excellent advice around the concept of a Henson Trust. We spoke about issues related to ODSP, RDSP, among other topics. Having a child with special needs, he has lived experience of these issues and is compassionate and caring. He generously gave of his time and even referred me onward to a lawyer. It was very helpful speaking to him and I highly recommend his services!
