Alex might sound like a professional with his Russian accent but he is NOT. He accepted my case a year ago and it took him two months just to get the Express Entry profile submitted, the thing only took me half a day last time I did it myself. He just took the money and did absolutely nothing and due to his and his team's negligence I lost my age points. Such a con and unprofessionals. Do not leave your future in their dirty hands. I will attached my contract here if they turn around and say I was not their client.

For the applicants checking if lp Toronto is genuine, yes it is.. Alex is definitely a professional. My application was handed over to Kristina, I filled many forms and shared many documents. Ive sent many mails asking for updates and the reply was always we are working on it.. after 5 quiet months I sent again asking for an update, received a mail the second day saying my profile was submitted to SINP (it was submitted only on the same day that I sent the mail asking for update). I was expecting lp Toronto to share the documents/forms I need to fill but instead I found myself checking SINP website and searching for what can be done.. Ive sent the required documents to SINP and they replied back with rejection. (I had to change some points in my cv.. funny I was asked to only after rejection). I was expecting from lp toronto to send me updates re my application, to send me the forms that I have to send to SINP, to tell me exactly what to attach.. but none of that happened. There was clear lack of communication, as mentioned also by Alex. Im not sure if this is the way how lp Toronto works or Kristina wasnt really helpful. Bottom line, do I regret dealing with them? YES.

It was worst experience with LP toronto including neel n alex to be engaged with. Not professional at all. Strange Alex came on skype and bluntly telling I dont wanna show my face. He was so unprofessional and non coperative during the meeting that instead of he could have given me options and guide me, I was guiding him to the possible options. No case study, no coutesy and manners towards the client. Clearly showing that there stomach are full and they dont care now.
