Seriously is this a joke? Is this what my tax dollars pay for? I actually called to report and give evidence of a company that is defrauding innocent people and they legit did not care. Not only me but a huge group of us were sent to them but no matter who we contacted or how many times but they really don't care. And that company has stole millions from a number of families.

Terribly organized association, waited over a month for licensing to simply look at my file and approve. Then proceeded to double charge me through a loophole and state there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was pretty good. I left my number and was called back within 10 minutes, the person who helped me was honest and straightforward. I actually forgot my license number and was driving so they looked it up for me without a problem. Seemed pretty good to me!
