Terrible experience at this location. Unfortunately, I was profiled by a credit agent and asked a slew of questions that were suggestive. Instead of providing options and being welcoming, I was bombarded with questions that took away from solving my problem. They not asking about my credit score and income of T1 and NOA.. just telling i cant get credit which i want.. but with that income i get credit amount which i want from another bank..

They have a rude customer service. I've been using this location for five years but each teller made their own rules to deal with clients. If you don't have to come to this location don't come. Specially if you have to do business account with them , they don't appreciate your business with them.
