I called Vlad to assess our squeaking stairs, which were very loud and disturbing, especially at night. Vlad did his assessment over the video call. We booked the repair for the next morning. Vlad arrived on time. He spent a good amount of time actually assessing the problem, and understanding where the squeaking is coming from. He looked like a good doctor assessing his patient. Once he found the source of a problem he fixed it without taking any stairs apart, without making any noise or mess. We are very satisfied with Vlad's work and with the price. Vlad is a magician. We had awful squeaks in our wooden floors. All the major companies that came gave us a quote to rip the wooden floors and replace them with new. We found Vlad on the nextdoor app and contacted him to come over and give us quote. He was very reasonable with his quote and professional and clean in his work. Hes a very gentle person whos experienced with this type of work. He solved some insane squeaks and as well was able to solve the squeak in our bathroom that had tiles.
