So, minor back ground history, this place used to be called Josephs Flowers, was a great establishment for the longest time, in fact, proposed to my wife in the store so needless to say a strong emotional connection above and beyond a simple business minded one -enough to maintain business for many years to come. Ordering flowers for my wife once, forgot the main flower in the arrangement, but they made up for it later, take two, sub par flowers that died rapidly despite ordering their most pricey size/upgrade. Finally they provided us with a large arrangement for a holiday, numerous of the flowers that came looked dead on the arrival day, within one day of proper care - they were. When asked via phone to order again they mentioned next time it would be free as theyd like to make it up to me and keep my business. Fast forward to this morning, they call me to see if I want to place an order this year, I inform the staff member of the last episode, instead of honouring their word, when I brought up the incident I was rushed rudely and hastily off the phone with an I understand okay. Needless to say I think this time they have lost my business. Its really sad when an establishment you gave business to over the years doesnt stand by their product or by their word. Sad to say but, with so many good flower shops in the city all I can do is advise you to be open to picking another that cares for their clientele

I just hired Hatcher Florists to create the most beautiful arrangements for my best friend's "Celebration of Life Service". I have used other florists but what I can honestly say about Hatcher Florists is their impeccable attention to detail. Their courteous service, professionalism while working with me to create what I had envisioned showed the care with their work and product. Collin was very supportive and was able to supply me with podiums to help me present the arrangements beautifully. I would like to thank Collin and his team for helping us Celebrate our friend in the most beautiful way possible.
