The Best Shop Don Mills

I bought a mini washing Machine at the northyork store. Used 2 times and it broke down. Sadly we already disposed the cardboard box that came with the product. $246 went to garbage. Dont shop at this store because they dont let you return any product regardless on how useless it is. It was my fault really that I actually purchased the item for my new born son. Even tho the person working here looked in my eyes deeply and tells me to keep the receipt in a very serious way. Should of took the hint and chose not to buy it.

Worst customer service ever! The lady refused me when I wanted to purchase a headphones. She insisted i had to purchase a total of $30 in order to purchase it. Like what? Are you kidding me. I felt like I was at a street market instead of a full blown store. Common do better. I will definitely not return. I suggest no one does.

Really poor customer service. We bought an electric kettle and made sure we could return the item in two weeks if we found it unsatisfactory. The kettle turned of inferior quality on trying, so we took it back the next day. We almost had a fight to get a refund. Three sales reps rounded on my partner because they didn't want to give us a refund despite their assurance that we could return the item in 14 days. Finally, they gave in, but added it was the last time they would indulge us! As if we were ever going back! Worst service ever and horrendous attitude! Thumbs down.
