Geri's Gift Baskets

Terrible experience. Sent flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to family in the West Coast and the presentation was horrific; the strawberries were moldy, the flowers were dead and it came with beer glasses instead of champagne flutes (as originally advertised). After emailing customer service (they don't answer their phone), I was told that a refund ($200+) would not be allowed because they "advise against shipping perishable items unless willing to pay/upgrade for the fastest shipping method". Basket companies that offer these types of services usually coordinate with someone on the other end when shipping perishable items (food, flowers etc) to ensure everything arrives fresh and in good condition. This goes to show how little the company cares about the work that they do. Would give less stars if i could. Do NOT recommend.
