Extremely disappointed with the customer service from this store. I will never shop there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else shop there either. Beautiful products however, they don't stand behind them. I purchased a bracelet and it started changing colours and looked horrible. I presented the bracelet to the owner for an exchange but was told that it's my problem. A reasonable, local business owner might sympathize and provide proper customer service and offer a solution. They simply dismissed my concern and said, oh well. It's a shame because they do have nice pieces, but buyer beware.

This store has many beautiful items both modern and traditional. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer free lovely gift wrapping.

Beautiful amazing stores... (in Thornhill and the Baycrest one) So many gorgeous things to look around... So many great ideas for presents and special events...! I just wish, they had a website to look...! Keep safe and be well...!
