NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. They have the worst customer service ever. No respect for timelines or how special an event can be. I put in an order almost a month in advance for a delivery for my wife's birthday. The delivery was not delivered in a timely manner and there items missing and items that were just wrong. When I contacted them to rectify the situation they just told me that they reserve the right to switch out items without notice and delivery can't be guaranteed as they use outsourced local couriers and are not responsible for them. Horrible.

Excellent Ive used m and s and interflora before to order from UK. These guys delivered beautiful large fresh flowers at great value I will use them again for my Canadian family thank you

Bought the Heart & Thorn 6-mo seasonal flowers subscription as a gift for my mother on her 80th birthday. The first bouquet arrived promptly and brought my mom to tears - she said she's never seen such beautiful flowers. Thank you!

I ordered a specific potted plant for its health benefits, I received something completely different. I left voicemails and emails. Weeks later they emailed me back and said they reserve the right to make substitutions without notifying the customer. So, they get to do whatever they want and maybe send what you ordered, maybe not. What an awful business model.
