Ordered flowers for my 15 year wedding anniversary for my wife. She loves Calla Lillies. So I ordered on online through Canada Flowers. The presentation online pictures show CALLA LILIES bouquet with Purple Roses. Instead of getting the CALLA LILIES they substitute it with WHITE DAISY!!! Not only it is upsetting, but they say they have a subtition policy, which Is not stated on the website nor on the invoice. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with FLOWERS CANADA! I have used them in the past to send flowers and this time i was also the recipient for Mothers Day. I wanted to post pictures of the beautiful bouquets that we received. The first was the one I sent my Mom and the second is what I received for Mothers Day!! Mine arrived yesterday and my mom's this morning! I will definitely be using Flowers Canada again!

To all reviewers who are browsing to research whether this company can provide creative flower solutions that are occasion appropriate, this is a no go! Flowers Canada's sister company bouquetcanada.com is the worst flower website I've ever experienced. They listed bouquets that are "perfect for funeral and send condolence to the family and friends" under Valentine's Day section. The bouquet my husband purchased was one of them. The same bouquet is listed under Empathy section in other websites. The Customer should not be expected to cross-reference and research the bouquet on other websites to know whether or not the bouquet is appropriate, this function is something that the Flower Professionals like Bouquet Canada should be providing. When approaching the customer service, they never felt sorry and never acknowledge the inconvenience and the discomfort that's brought to the customer. Instead, they just responded "we can't control how other website categorize the flowers" and "Bouquet name on the website doesn't mean anything and flowers can be used in different occasions.". I found this very unprofessional!! Instead of trying to resolve Customer's issues, they tried to deflect them, which is really really horrible Customer Service. When I left comments on their Instagram and Facebook, not only did they not reach out to me trying to resolve the issue, but they removed all my comments. When I reposted them, they suspended their Instagram Account. This company is horrible. They treat customer like trash. If I could give 0 star as the worst rating, I would do that!! I won't come back to buy anything from them and i don't recommend anyone doing so!!
