        This is The only old school boxing gym you can find in Ontario Michael at the desk is a great guy he will help you with all the details you need , all members are professional at what they are doing,

        Legit gym. Dont recommend if your not looking to get hurt though. Was here several years ago and there was a lot of egos and guys trying to become pros. Not knocking the place but if your a working professional and dont want to get a black eye or broken ribs from a high school kid trying to be a UFC fighter I would recommend a different spot.
