Mike and Ashley have created a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment where I truly enjoying working out. The workouts are always challenging, but with Mikes encouragement and depth of knowledge in human kinetics and physiology I know the hard work will pay off. Inspire fitness truly lives up to its name!

We have been extremely pleased with our experience working out with Inspire Fitness for about five years now! Exercises are always tailored to our needs, and personal trainers are excellent at changing workouts to account for conditions like injury or pregnancy. The gym not only offers wonderful workouts, but it also exudes a positive feeling thanks to everyone's friendliness and the staff's extraordinary inclusivity. You can tell that they are focused on helping you achieve your individual health and fitness objectives since they encourage you to give it your all without shouting at you. The room itself is spotless and well-lit. There, we intend to continue working out.
