        Child came back with a soft tissue injury. No instructor observed a much larger child come onto and jump on top of my child on a trampoline. This caused a soft tissue injury (bruising, swelling, sprain). No instructors addressed the visible limping and guarding of the limb. This, in combination of some behavior described to me of multiple children and a coach and a small cohort of parents, there seems to be a toxic cultural norm of the community who comes here.
