Seems like they caught on to my first review and managed to change their google username. In an nutshell, I had purchased a unit from this company several years ago that still had warranty. The product turned out to be defective and underpowered, they ended up jerking me around for the better part of a year before claiming to have repaired it and blaming the delays on a lazy employee who they have claimed to have fired. Laser was still underpowered when I received it, they want another service fee just to inspect it. Beware of their sales tactics, everyone seems helpful (especially the sales people AKA Justin H). They do not stand behind their product
