Worst insurance company I have ever come across.

After many attempts to contact this company, no one ever responds. Clients have bought this "warranty", and when trying to find out how to start a claim, you're either on hold for an eternity, and by email , you get ignored. Service from Diamond Kote, Global and SAL are a million times better. Spend your money with them.

Very disappointed in INDS extended warranty insurance. In 2017 I bought a brand new can am atv and dealer raved and recommended them. It is now 3 years later and I've only had 2 claims and both time the company has tried to band aid the repair. First my rear diff seal went and water got in there so they wanted the dealer to rebuild it. Dealer said we dont do that as who know what kind of damage has been done, we only replace with new. Finally they agreed. Secondly, just had to claim a u joint/yoke that blew up. Dealer said they only would cover the u joint and labour as the yoke was wear and tear from excessive use ( I was 5kms into the middle of the bush to get back, had no choice but to drive it ). Dealer said can am would have replaced the entire drive shaft as well and covered yoke. My bill was still $160. Be nice if they would call me when I make a claim if they need justification. Anyways, I've learn my lesson not to use third party extended warranty companies. Hope this helps people in the future.
