Have to update my reviews as of November 2022. The customer service I received was great until this month. Ive been with them for almost 3 years with no accidents or tickets. I started getting calls about switching my home insurance. When I declined - 2 days later I received an email for a underwriting review demanding a bunch of documents including pictures of my graduation, lease, utility bills with other forms. They also demanded these items within a short time frame, or else they could cancel my policy. (Keep in mind I only received the papers in the mail less then 5 days before theyre due) Because of this it made me explore my options since I havent for the 3 years Ive been with them. Now Im able to save more than $500 a year on my car insurance with the same exact plan. Being loyal and having no tickets or accidents should be rewarded by insurance companies. Not be charged the same amount every year and question them for good behaviour.
