I would give this agent 0 stars if that was possible: Agent was extremely unprofessional, referring to his clients as bro or brother. But that wasnt even the most alarming part Initially, we were promised a lower quote and rushed by Sujit to provide credit card information over the phone to lock in this lower quote. However, when we received the quote via email and reviewed the charges on our bank statement, we realized we were deceived. The amount that was charged on our credit card was significantly higher than the promised quote that we supposedly had locked in. Frustrated, confused, and in utter disbelief, we reached out to Sujit to get a better understanding of the situation and was given no clear explanation as to why he didnt ask for our consent before charging the card. Please be careful before you work with this agent. We are incredibly upset at what happened and hope that this review can give you a honest insight into our experience with Allstate and Sujit.
