Charlie Popowich Desjardins Insurance Agent

I have been with Charlie Popowichs office for over 20 years and have only had positive experiences with the office staff. I recently had my car stolen off my driveway and I have had the best support during this time. I know it is not saying much, but I received more compassion from Charlies office staff than I did from the police. You always say insurance is something you have to buy, but something you never want to actually need. In my time of need I feel like I have been supported and looked after by Charlies staff. Thank you.

I have to say the service for probably over 20 years with you has been disgraceful. Overcharged and bullied is the best way to describe it. My mother is actually afraid to speak to you, yet you've gladly taken her money for decades. Disgusting. Would definitely not recommend. You can get better prices and 100x better service literally anywhere else. Just read another review, seems we're not the only ones.
