Worst Benefit company to deal with. Customer service is the worst, their staff is clueless to all matters. The call backs from them are non-existent. Their App doesn't work just like all their staff. Completely useless and they have absolutely no sympathy or recourse when, THEY, screw up. Simply unacceptable. The whole lot of them should be replaced from the Top(upper management) to the Bottom ( CSR"S ). BEEN a member of my union 34 years and these Benefits just get worse every year just like the staff.

Long wait times to talk to anyone. 50/50 chance you get someone who can help and is nice. Longest wait time to get claims made. They seem very outdated with the system. One good thing is that they finally brought things online to speed up the process because you are having to submit all claims, but why does it still take 2 weeks at best to hear back and have your claim completed!

Worst customer service...made some claims and been over a month and nothing yet...the guy i talked to was so ignorant and no help at all...and waited 45mins on hold for no help at the end...wort ins compay i ever had....
