        For the first several years I was more than happy with the customer service. I had house insurance with them and for reasons unknown they forgot to renew my policy. After noticing no renewal payment come out, my house had been uninsured for 5 months. I belive it my have been caused during there office relocation however despite the brokerage assuring me that everything is okay I called the insurer (Abex) my self and they clarified i was still not covered. I'm not too sure nor understand why the confusion however I strongly recommend proceeding with caution if using Paisley Manor as your brokerage
