Did not work gave to Nella to service, changed me initially $97, paid, hoping to be repaired, but called me saying cost is $240 plus to be repaired. While it is under warranty they said not covered,
This shows they are not behind their equipment and warranty does not mean anything to them it is a rip off to deal with this company Nella Toronto.
This need to be fixed based on their warranty Asap.
Till 04/30/2023, no one bothered to call me to talk about this misconducting default since when you sell something under warranty you supposed to take care of the products you guys even do not respect to your commitments and your products, do not know why people buying anything from Nella Toronto.
I have not got any reply yet in spite of tel. Calls, messages and emails have not got any respond yet. My rice cooker under warranty is in their hands and $110 on the top of that, is nt it kind of cheating, this organization is just a fake one, they do not respect their own commitments.
