The team is very professional, they are very punctual and promising. So I had contacted Michael and Toronto Landscape Design back in February 2022 about a dream I had for my backyard. Micheal had some great ideas and I honestly just had a good feeling about him and his company in general! After a few months of getting other quotes from a few different companies I decided to go with Toronto Landscape Design and boy lemme tell u what a great decision to do so because I couldn't be happier with the end result! Michael and the boys started my project in late August my project wasn't a small one by any means my backyard was all grass I wanted a in ground pool, cabana with electricity and a bit of planting landscaping. To watch the process of the work being done and ultimately the transformation of my backyard to a backyard oasis was amazing! The detail in the work is wonderful and I honestly couldn't be happier with it all. Michael and Toronto Landscape Design made the whole process really stress free I can't say enough good things about these guys! In a business where there's scammers with hidden fees, work being started and not completed and just having to chase ppl down in general those were all things I never had to worry about with Toronto Landscape Design. Michael was such a pleasure to work with never once did I feel like he was unavailable if I had any questions he was always there even calling me and keeping me up to date with the next steps in the project and if something went wrong or was delayed he was 100% honest with me like Michael says he's gonna tell u the good the bad and the ugly but being honest is most important to him! Michael's knowledge and ideas are second to none he really knows his business and in general is such a good guy and I formed a great working relationship with him and could even see myself being friends and going to the bar for a beer and some wings lol that's whatta great guy he his! Also his team is also super nice and professional. The project was completed by the beginning of November and lemme tell u I couldn't be happier my backyard is just that a oasis that me and my family will enjoy for years to come I'm so happy it really looks amazing I haven't even had the chance to really use it yet but I'm still overjoyed I can only imagine how much more I'll be over the moon when we can actually use it come the spring! Bottom line is Toronto Landscape Design was so terrific to work with and I'm so happy I chose them! Always just a phone call away a real stress-free process with a amazing end result I highly recommend Toronto Landscape Design for any of ur outdoor landscaping needs take it from me u definitely will not be disappointed!
