Was not impressed when using them to buy my condo. The staff I worked with were very slow to respond and did not address concerns effectively. Both were inefficient, and failed to properly read statements (including my mortgage balance), did not communicate with me, yet expected me to sign documents blindly, including after they made two billing errors. I have used this firm in the past before Mr. Waxman retired. Would not return and do not recommend ***Update*** Lpman Zener and Waxman have 'responded' to my review, and have yet to contact me. It's been over 6 months, which only further proves that they are inefficient and still fail to communicate with their clients.

Use this law firm for your real estate transaction if you dont care about the lawyer not ensuring the following: 1) the taxes owed by the previous owner (or builder) are paid by the builder and not left for the new owner to have to deal with. 2) that building permits are closed on your house prior to taking ownership. 3) that you arent left owning a house that has so many outstanding issues due, in part, to building permits bot being closed. FYI title insurance is not a replacement for a lawyer properly doing their job. Disappointed that I had to write this review but I've contacted 5 different lawyers at this firm over the course of 2 years and not one of my issues has been resolved. Nor do they seem to care at all about trying to resolve them. Dont put the biggest financial decision of your life in the hands of this firm.

Extremely slow with responses. Why do I have to chase when I'm paying for the service. The previous laywer at the same law firm was so much better but unfortunately he retired.
