I prefer give positive feedbacks or do not say anything. But not in this situation. I would not recommend this law ofiice to anyone, writing the review to prevent others to be in my situation. I have to change the laywer before the case conference in court because of the unprofessional and careless actions of Mrs. Mikhailitchenko. People looking for laywers not in the best stages of their life. So, it is very wrong when the lawyer behave rute and irresponsibly, doing mistakes in the documents, not following up with the case updates and just did not do required actions and refused issue refund ( the case conference in the court have been already paid, but I changed the lawer before the case conference due the lack of trust) I regret that I started my case with this law office, I see big difference dealing with other lawyer.

Hello , I have been waiting for my case to settle almost three years now , and nothing at all , and no reply , when i call them they dont even answer I email them they ignore and when I speak to Maria she treats me badly , I wont change my review till I settle , they promised me alot for nothing.

Where to begin. Well, during my crisis after my accident I trusted the clinic I was with to refer me to a legal professional that had my best interests at heart. Not the case. My lawyer was Victoria and although she seemed pleasant at first I quickly realized shes only in it for the money and didnt really care about my case personally. She was very slow to respond to both emails and voicemails and would rarely if ever return my calls. Only when I threatened to leave did she finally call me back. She was hesitant to provide advice and tried very hard to keep the conversations we did have to a minimum. When I realized my clinic was defrauding my insurance company I called her to let her know. Her response was hmmm interesting, Ill look into it and I never heard back. Youd think someone like a lawyer would take fraud seriously. Her lack of action made me feel like she may have known about what was happening, and I had a very similar experience with the PSW organization called caringforu that she referred me to without my knowledge. I ended up finding a lawyer that actually cared about my case and that was alarmed at the slightest mentioning of fraud, which was the reaction I was expecting this lawyer to have. I have very reasonable grounds to not trust this lawyer or firm any longer, which is why I decided it was time for a change. Based on my experience I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
