Mitchell was extremely helpful with a situation that I was potentially facing. In my brief interaction with him, he was clear, concise, and gave extremely useful guidance and advice. I also stumbled across his lengthy articles regarding employment law - you can tell he is very passionate about his space, and extremely analytical and in-depth in his explanations and how expertise counsel like himself can aid in precarious situations. I have done many mediations as a lawyer. This mediator is really great. Well prepared. He held a pre-mediation conference with lawyers, and also held one after the mediation.
