Highly disappointed with Yigal Rifkinds fees related to our home purchase. Yigals website advertised Our flat fee is $850 for all services related to a purchase. Received an invoice for fees totaling over $3600 (including a bunch of random fees for photocopies, faxes, and software that were definitely NOT a flat fee). Yigal was not helpful or willing to honor what was advertised on his website, suggesting we find other counsel days away from closing. We had no choice but to pay this egregious amount. Stay far away from Yigal Rifkind at all costs!
