This company has the rudest receptionist. She has no common courtesy and zero organization or people skills. Still waiting for the owner to contact me to resolve my issue. 1.5 weeks and counting this is after the fact that Ive been waiting since the beginning of April to get an appointment for someone to come to my house to fix a broken piece.

Ive been a customer with that company for so long and never had a problem except this morning. I called to discuss an invoice for service to turn the system on and was shocked to see $484.21.(system had no issues or no parts needed). Tech spent 2 hours and left without completing the work because he had to go to another job and they sent 2 other techs the following day to tell me the system is running properly and nothing is needed. They wanted to charge me for 2 hours time day one and 1.5 hour day 2 for 2 techs Very rude answers from Elaina/receptionist zero customer service interrupting me every time trying to talk or explain something. Its very sad to see the quality of service decline and they dont care about their customers Asked to speak to her supervisor she said shes the boss then asked to speak to the owner she refused.

So, I rarely write a review regarding customer service, but my experience with DJ Rain calls for it. I know how busy it is this time of year for irrigation. Ive called around and discussed different prices and options for my sprinkling system, and the options have been rather limited, and the service rather lacking. Thankfully I came across DJ Rain on google and decided to give it a shot - the Head Dispatch who assisted me via the phone was extremely helpful and informative. I received all the information I needed, plus additional information I hadnt yet considered. The services and prices were fair and flexible, and the head dispatch was extremely welcoming and professional. Thank you so very much for your services. I will definitely be a returning client.
