        Open claim on February 6 2023 after mother passed. Was told 2 weeks to issue payment of benefits...2 months later no money no reason no contact. I've called each week since beginning and no return call. Poor customer service claims department just gives the runner round. another corporate grab.

        Kayden was a 'breath of fresh air' in today's world of 'robotic telephone' service agents. He was engaging, knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and I could go on. Kayden knew his 'stuff' and went above and beyond to explain my options and walk me through the process. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and over all my experience with Kayden and Canada Protection Plan was far above expectations.

        Stay away from this company, I've been paying for 6 years now , took this plan incase something happened and it would cover my mortgage, now that I sold my home I no longer need this insurance, tried to call 5 times and left messages every time and no call backs
