I went and did some important banking at the Avenue/Fairlawn branch in Toronto and it was there that I had the pleasure of meeting Nupur! Nupur is amazing to work with. Not only did she reach out to me to schedule an appointment continuously, (bad weather caused a lot of rescheduling) but stayed after hours to help me out with my banking needs. After hearing about my needs and concerns Nupur went through and offered all the types of offers options available to me. I felt the whole time that Nupur was looking out for me and my financial future. I was treated like a friend, more so than a client and walked away feeling like a lot of stress was taken off my shoulders. I wish I had done this sooner as today it is challenging to get ahead financially. Please go and make sure to speak to Nupur at this branch because she will put your needs first with her honesty and financial advice. This is actually the first time I had such a great experience at a bank, as it is not often you are greeted kindly at the door and welcomed like family. I will be continuing to work with Nupur at this branch because of her kindness, honesty, and dedication to help me plan ahead so that I can build up for the future. Thanks so much Nupur!

I came into this branch randomly as this is not my home branch to ask for assistance with a service I wished to add to my account. My experience with Nupur was so positive that I am changing my home branch to this location so I can have her take care of all our banking furthermore I am bringing my personal accounts here from another financial institution based on my experiences here today

Nupur Paul is a godsend. She helped me understand my finances, the different options I could take with my money, and even set up payment plans/goals for my situation. She did so with professionalism, empathy, and gave me advice like a Good Friend would and actually took my best interest into account. I was ready to close my acct with BMO if I didn't recieve the help I so desperately needed the day I met/worked with Nupur. After years with BMO, I never got the assistance or advice I needed, I really was at the end of my rope. I'm so thankful that Nupur was there that day! Now I have the financial knowledge and means to achieve my goals. And now I have someone on my side to help me along the way.

has one of the worst staff in customer service. Terrible attitude and rude and has very little understanding of customer needs. compare to other BMO branches - this is the worst.
