        Called multiple times Saturday February 18. Impossible to get a hold of any staff by phone. Left 2 voicemails which were also not returned yet branch was open all day. Bravo BMO! Update: Feb. 21. still have not received a call back or answer to my voicemails. Called twice today, no answer and also left a 3rd voicemail. Do I really have to go into the bank in person during an incoming snowstorm to get some customer service?
